BEFORE

 

We removed all the dropside panels and posts, then removed the damaged aluminium side rave along with the hinges.

We welded in place a much stronger steel rave and supporting structure for the new steel pillars.

We designed and made a two curtain system for each side of the trailer which would be tensioned from the middle.

The curtains are made to hang down from the rave once opened, this stops them being lost or damaged on the floor.

The curtains are both lighter to carry and to handle. Repairs to the curtains are quicker and cheaper with repairs being able to be made on site.
